Refund/ Exchange Policy

Exchange policy:

 You have 24/hrs from the date of delivery to claim for the exchange if:

  • The product is damaged or manufacturing issues.
  • The product must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers/papers attached.
  • The product received does not match the ordered size.
  • This is only applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan, for international orders please contact our customer support team on WhatsApp +92 322 9144444 and we will try to help you out in a possible way within 7 days of delivery.

How do I apply for Exchange?

  • To return an item, please contact us at or on WhatsApp number +92 322 9144444 with the return reason and order details.
  • Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

When will my exchange will be processed?

  • We aim to process all exchange within 5-10 working days after receiving.
  • During busy periods please allow up to 14 working days for your exchange to be processed.

Do you offer refund?

  • Unfortunately, we don't offer any refunds however in the case where we won't be able to offer an exchange or any solution we may offer a refund.

Delivery time period:

  • The standard delivery duration within Pakistan is 3 to 5 working days.
  • The estimated delivery duration for International orders is 10 to 15 working days (depending on the destination).
  • Delivery time may exceed due to high volume order log.
