Refund Policy

Exchange policy:

 You have 10 days from the date of delivery to claim for the exchange if:

  • The product is damaged or incomplete.
  • The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers/papers attached.
  • The product received does not match the size ordered.
  • This is only applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan, for international orders please contact our customer support team on WhatsApp +92 322 9144444 and we will try to help you out in a possible way within 7 days of delivery.

How do I apply for Exchange?

  • To return an item, please contact us at with the return reason and order details.
  • Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to, 23-KM Ferozpur Road Rohi Nala Gajjumatta Lahore station, +92 322 9144444
  • Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

When will my exchange will be processed?

  • We aim to process all exchange with 5-7 working days of receipt.
  • During busy periods please allow up to 14 working days for your exchange to be processed.

Do you offer refund?

  • Unfortunately, we don't offer any refunds however in the case where we won't be able to offer an exchange or any solution we may offer a refund.

Delivery time period:

  • The estimated average delivery time across Pakistan is 2 to 5 working days.
  • The estimated delivery time for International order is 6 to 10 working days (depending on the destination) after the order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery time may exceed due to high volume order log.
